Annual 'Association' Membership of Sorrento Community Centre Inc. is available for a fee of $5.00. This fee is in addition to the Annual Registration Levy of $15.00 per annum, and any activity fees (if applicable).
By becoming an 'Association Member' of Sorrento Community Centre, you are showing your support for the purposes of the centre, its rules, its aspirations and its work in building a stronger local community.
You will receive notices of General Meetings and of proposed special resolutions in the manner and time prescribed within the Rules - Submit items of business for consideration at a General Meeting. You will be entitled to vote and be heard at General Meetings. You will have access to the Minutes of General Meetings and other documents of the Centre as provided for under the Rules and to inspect the Register of Members.
To become an Association Member:
1. Please complete this form and pay the $5.00 Annual Membership Fee.
2. Your application will be presented for approval at the next meeting of the Sorrento Community Centre Board.
3. Following the Board Meeting, you will be advised of the outcome of this application.
4. Your membership will be renewed upon payment of the Annual Fee (due and payable on the 1st of January each year)
