All the rage in some Australia communities, and the only offering on the Mornington Peninsula, it's a great workout and a step up from walking in building your fitness. Played in our Stadium, using a bat and a 'holey' ball, it is suitable for all ages, and a cross between tennis, badminton and table tennis. It's lots of fun and high energy to get your heart pumping.
Weekly on Mondays & Tuesday 1pm - 3pm and Thursday 7pm - 9pm
Cost: $5 per session (non members $10) +$15 Annual Registration Levy

Eileen leads this popular dance class, with exercises to music to improve your fitness. Enjoy dancing to the music while having fun!

Proceeds from this class support local disadvantaged children.

Coral leads this popular warm and friendly group. Tai Chi helps to achieve health and harmony in mind and body, mobility, suppleness and mental alertness.

Why Yoga for chronic pain management?
Simple Yoga & Breathwork for pain management and older adults.
Persistent, chronic pain occurs when the body is hyper-vigilant and over protective.
There is often a fear of moving, Yoga can help to:
relax the body
calm the mind
increase body movement with ease
understand the difference between good stress and bad stress

Assessment via zoom or telephone prior to attendance will be conducted by Cynthia, who is a physiotherapist and trained Yoga & mediation teacher, with many years of experience.
