Mat Pilates Class


For improved health and quality of life.

Build your core strength and keep fit and active under the experienced and watchful eye of Cameron Williams (Ocean Fitness) who brings his wealth of experience to the group. Please Note:-This class is conducted on a mat on the floor.

Wednesdays weekly.  9.30am-10.30am

Cost: $15.00 per session  (+$15 Annual Registration Levy)

All the rage in some Australia communities, and the only offering on the Mornington Peninsula, it's a great workout and a step up from walking in building your fitness.


Played in our Stadium, using a bat and a 'holey' ball, it is suitable for all ages, and a cross between tennis, badminton and table tennis.


It's lots of fun and high energy to get your heart pumping.

Weekly on Mondays & Tuesdays 1pm  and Thursday 11:30 am & 7pm (Free coaching Mondays 12:30 pm)

Cost: $5 per session (non members $10) +$15 Annual Registration Levy

Tai Chi With Coral


Coral leads this popular warm and friendly group. Tai Chi helps to achieve health and harmony in mind and body, mobility, suppleness and mental alertness.

Mondays weekly.............10:30 am - 11:30 am

Cost: $200 for Term 4, 2022  (+$15 Annual Registration Levy)

Shake It Up with Eileen

Eileen leads this popular dance class, with exercises to music to improve your fitness.  Enjoy dancing to the music while having fun! 

Thursdays weekly.......... 10 am-11 am................ Everyone is welcome

Cost: $10 per session (+$15 Annual Registration Levy).

Proceeds from this class support local disadvantaged children.

Simple Yoga - Cynthia Firth

Simple Yoga for Pain Management

  • Learn ways to relax the body, calm the mind, and move with more ease and confidence.

Simple Yoga for Older Adults

  • Learn simple stretches to maintain flexibility, and improve strength and balance.


  • Learn techniques to assist with calming and balancing the nervous system, and how to elicit the `relaxation response`.


Dates: Tuesdays. 10am-11.15am

Cost:  $35 per session (paid to the facilitator on the day in cash only). 9 sessions.

Start 7 Feb – 4 April. Discount if prepaid. $280.

Individual home sessions are available.

  • Rebatable with Extras Cover with a Private Health Fund.

 Assessment required via phone prior to attendance.

Course conducted by a Physiotherapist & Yoga teacher.
